I explained to the technician on the phone an issue I had with one of my tires, and he was more than happy to provide the service. On arrival, we were greeted by Marquis, who was very professional, curteous, and accommodating. Marquis took the time to go over my account and refresh me on what is available with the roadside service. It is representatives like Marquis that explain why this is our fourth full set of tires with R & R over the years. I am very grateful that R&R is available.
