I went there by chance to put a bandaid over a big problem I had. From what I knew I had one rim cracked. I just wanted one tire. My plan was to go to Mercedes to get another rim the following day. Jen encouraged to not just get one tire but get all new tires and rims. HONEY WHEN I TELL YOU THIS WAS THE BEST DECISION I COULD HAVE MADE! When they went to change the tires and rims, we found out I had 3 cracked rims! So not only did I save a whole lot of money upfront, I fixed what would have later been a bigger issue. The entire staff was so amazing! And thoughtful! Truly God sent! They are all so nice! But ask for Jen!!! She made my day! Literally lifted my spirit!
This place is amazing. Gregory Anderson helped me finish up all my paperwork. He was very knowledgeable and was more than capable and willing to explain everything and answer all my questions. He was very patient and forthcoming and honest about what to expect. Amazing young man! Definitely the go to place for tires and service!
