Don't buy tires here on a payment plan. They will harass you constantly. Even if you pay late with the fee they will harass you. I pay late fees and they still harass you.
Everyone there was VERY polite. Jin did an excellent job of explaining everything in detail.I could also tell that the service technician that put my tires on took care of my truck like it was his own.
Great service, Jeremy & Jen helped me with everything I needed and had a great experience getting my firsts set of brand new tires for my first truck. I can personally say I will never go anywhere else for tires and service.
From my first phone call with them, the service team was very helpful and answered all my questions, Jen and Francisco were terrific to work with and the prices were not bad. As long as you know what you're getting into, just think of it as an Aaron's but for tires.I would highly recommend them for anybody that was in a financial situation like me or just wants to buy now pay later type of situation. So so far so good but I will possibly update this in 3 to 6 months for right now. Definitely five stars and I definitely would recommend going in there and talking to Jen or Francisco.
