I was in a hurry to get one of my rims replaced, and they fit me in even though they were fully booked. Very nice and helpful folks. Good quality work and fair prices.
Chris did an excellent job guiding me through the buying and financing process. He answered all questions from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable about the financing program and had me in and out in 30 minutes. Chris has all the qualities of a great salesman but also sympathizes with the people he encounters. I had such a great experience at Rent and Roll in Erlanger, KY.I came in with some road rash on my car and was honestly expecting the usual runaround. But Chris and his assistant were the exact opposite of that. From the start, they were open, honest, and respectful about what my car needed—no pressure, no nonsense.What really stood out to me was that Chris’s assistant actually came out to look at my car and took the time to walk me through every detail. He explained what needed to be done and why, in a way that felt informative but never condescending. It was clear they cared about doing the job right and treating people fairly.As a woman, it can be tough to find auto shops and men who work in them where you feel respected and not taken advantage of. This place is absolutely one of those rare gems. I left feeling confident in their work and genuinely impressed by the whole experience. I’ll definitely be back if need be, and I’ll be telling all my female friends this is a place they can trust with their cars.
Needed a touchless machine for low profile tires. They guys have it and did a great job putting on my new tires. Chris and Austin are super cool and helpful. Will definitely be back for alignment and other work as needed.
I called around and this was the best quality at a low price for a tire. I had an appointment for 5, but I got off work early (12:45). So I called and asked if they could move my appointment earlier and they were happy to move it up out of convenience for me.
