Great customer service fast service at first then if something stupid happens an u lose ur job like I did they will Continuously harass everyone that you put Down as your references from multiple numbers, and then also whenever I went to go return the tires the store manager threatened me that he was gonna try to repo my car which I would love to know how he was gonna do that because my car is not up for repo for one and for two he don’t have that power so I don’t know why he would threaten me that he’s gonna go repo my car because I wanted to make sure that they were putting the tires that they took off my car whenever I came in there, I just wanted to make sure and he would not let me see. He was very rude. He yelled at me and he was nasty. Yes, I am going through a lot, and I had a little bit of an attitude, but they were harassing my family members and everybody on my reference pages and I just don’t I’m not with that They should not do that. That is horrible customer service
From the moment we walked in the door Kris made us feel welcome and comfortable and took the best care of my husband and I going above and beyond our expectations! The store supervisor and back office account manager hands down A1! I would recommend this location!
