This tire shop is awesome!! Not only did I get tires but I also got an alignment all part of my payment plan. Which I got with no credit check and interest. They were also able to get my tires on even though I had the wrong lug nut key. They waived the fee for that as well. What a great place awesome customer service. They kept me informed the entire time.
I was very pleased with there professional kindness ,they helped me get four new tires on a credit plan. I didn't have to buy one tire at a time. They treated me very nice. They were all very helpful. In recommending this company to all my friends. I have already told a couple friends and that they will check your place out. What an excellent experience! I was leaving for work today and hit a curb, blowing out both left studded tires.A few minutes later, Andrew & Alex from RNR tires in Caldwell came to my rescue. As luck would have it, the accident happened in the street near their shop. I left my car where it was and they fixed everything for me. They actually drove me to my house and got my regular summer tires so I could change them out. I did have two tires that were to old to put on so they got me a great deal on a few new tires. They even let me finance them without interest or a credit check. Trisha did a great job helping me with the paperwork and was so nice! The other team members that did the work, were awesome at fixing my car and so informative!I couldn't have asked for anything more!!
