I had a flat tire with a screw in it and stopped by RNR Tire in Hickory, NC. The team got me taken care of quickly with fast, friendly, and professional service. They replaced my tire so I could get back on the road in time to pick up my daughter, which I really appreciated.Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable, and made the whole process stress-free. It’s great to find a business that genuinely cares about helping customers and values their time. I highly recommend RNR Tire in Hickory to anyone needing tire repairs or new tires. I’ll definitely be back for any future tire needs!

Shop is phenomenally professional and hands down “my type” of shop as i’m the kind of guy to nitpick about torque specs and they do all that as Part of their normal routine.Had came in for a mount and balance for a tire and a custom camber adjustment and they had done everything in a great and in timely manner despite some hiccups with my rear camber adjustment. Would definitely recommend this shop especially for lowered vehicles as their alignment machine is low car friendly similar to the White Tire on springs road. They had also given me a discount for the rear camber bolt install which was honestly really nice as well.Another unique thing about this shop is that they apply tire dressing to your tires as well which is a nice touch of customer service imo. Though i’m not a fan of having tire dressing on my vehicle personally (personal preference) i’m not upset at all about it.The only con I would say that is notable is that from what it looks like upon further inspection, the top hat portion of my front driver side seems to have been cosmetically damaged from adjusting camber of the strut from “prying” of some sort. Not a huge issue as my car isn’t the nicest out there but I would’ve appreciated a notice or heads up about the damage afterwards. I’ve noticed that this shop has a very nice streak of 5-Star reviews and I want to support the growing success of it so I will give 5-Stars despite this minor complaint.Overall I would definitely recommend this shop as they’re very knowledgeable, professional, and understanding with whatever you bring in for them especially with very reasonable pricing on jobs.Vehicle: 2014 Lexus ES350Came in for:Custom Camber Adjustment --3 Deg Fronts-1.5 (Ended up with -1.7 due to limitations of part)Tire mount & Balance -(1x) 235/40/19 Continental Extreme Contact DWS06+ a/s
