Michael from the Raytown, MO office was very thorough, patient, and down to earth. He was very relatable and I could see he approached each client at their level and was able to mesh well with each person’s personality. Which is a good thing. I’m glad he talked to me like a lady whereas other places I have been talked to me in technical terminology like I was a guy into tires and cars (I clearly am not). My sister ended up calling the franchise in Saint Louis, MO so she is getting financed for tires today out there. We both appreciate RNR and the way they run their program.read more
