I normally don’t do post, but I have to post this today. I’ve been dealing with this place for the last three years. In this economy today people are losing their jobs left and right. I say that to say this place is a good place and they will work with you when times are rough! Communicate with them and let them know what’s going on. I was upset with them at first because my tires were repossessed! I got upset with Brian and staff and at the end of the day it was my fault for not communicating. I was able to get assistance and get back up and running!!!! Thank you Brian and again I’m sorry for being a butt!!! Will thank you for helping me and putting up with my bs!!! And to the other staff thank you too!!!! Chevy Tahoe!!!!
Wow! I would give more than 5 stars if I could. We had a blowout on a 5th wheel camper on the interstate, and after a phone call, RNR said that would source the tires from another location and have then when we arrived. With no appointment, they still worked us in, staying after closing time, to get us back on the road. Friendly, professional work at a fair price. Thank you!
Everyone was friendly. The new employee did an outstanding job assisting me! This is great place to go to for renting tires! The price is reasonable and the customer package is awesome!
Dropped our vehicle off about 11:30-12 even though we had an appointment for 2pm. RnR did run into the issue of not being able to get 1 lug nut off. An issue that wasn't known of till we wanted tires. They said they had a shop that they do go to at times for issues like this. Our vehicle was dropped off at the other shop within walking distance of RnR about 2pm. We waited,waited & waited no communication till I asked 2 different times what was the status of our vehicle. I finally get the response of " well do you have another key to your vehicle? Sorry but the other place is closed and your key is locked up inside the business." Mind you the other business left our vehicle unlocked in their parking lot. At first yes I did leave a 2 start review yesterday because of the very big lack of communication. But all in all the service was completed a day late. I revised my review because they did right the wrong that could possibly been avoided by communication.
