I went to RNR first thing in the morning as I needed tires unexpectedly. Was not prepared quite yet to get tires. I was stressed. But they made it easy and quickly got everything done. Things were explained very well. Thank you for making it stress free and not a huge ordeal to get new tires. Now I feel safe.
Easy enough procces. Nice people. Just got tires, so to early to tell what kind of long term experience i will have with them, but good so far. Blaze was very helpful in finding right tires.
The best way to describe my experience at RNR Tire Express in Bmt tx is simply this, WOW !From the store manager (Josh) down, the entire team (Blaize and ms kara), were very customer service driven, professional, courteous and proficient at not just the service they offer and provide - they made me feel more than satisfied, they made me feel important 😀... I wish there was a 6th star in review ratings , they surely would have gotten that from me... the service was very expedient as well...
