I lost traction in the snow and slid into a curb damaging my rim pretty badly. It also forced the wheels out of alignment. I went in to see if I could buy a new rim but they didn’t have what I needed. Instead they offered to straighten out the rim and align the wheels for me at no charge. They completed the work promptly. The staff that I interacted with were friendly and professional. I’ll be happy to come back again.

I've now had a full set of tires replaced and a tire repaired by RNR. Every single time I have gone, the customer service is friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Most recently, they were able to get me in the same day to repair my tire!
