I needed to get some aftermarket things for my suspension and they printed me out photos and explain what each one of them did so they can get my alignment perfect. I talked with a guy named Jose and he was awesome! I will be back when it’s time to get another alignment!
I went to this location based on recommendation from another tire shop after they were unable to assist me. Unfortunately, the problem I had was unable to be resolved with the aftermarket rims I had bought omline.Eric was nothing but professional and compassionate to the situation. Two weeks later I returned to purchase the correct aftermarket rims and wheels.
I had a slow leak in my wife's Mercedes and every shop we went to said they couldn't fix it because the cause of the leak in the tread was a slice larger than 1/2". I asked them if they could patch it and they didn't know the difference between a patch and a plug. Then I called RNR and talked with Eric who said that patches was the only thing they did in tire repairs because it was safer than plugs. Brought the car in and they fixed it within a half hour. Class act customer service, fast service, and very reasonable prices! They were even cheaper than the "plug only" guys. When you need tires or rims, this is the place to go, period!
