This place is a solid choice. Looked out for the customer rather than the sale and sent me across the tracks so I could continue my 600mile journey home after a flat with the right size tires since mine weren't in stock (not uncommon for sport model Honda accord 235/40/19).I have NEVER left a review even for oil change shops that actually grease your door without asking. Went back after tires got swapped and they asked for a review. They didn't grease my door, they didn't work on my car, can't say your experience will be the same, but it is a solid choice.Edit: if you see Josh's specs transition to shades throw him a compliment :)
The staff was very professional and knowledgeable on giving the best deal possible on financing the tires and other benefits like free towing and free rotation for example. I would refer RnR to all my family and friends.
I want to thank the staff and manager for helping my husband and son yesterday. My husband commented how they blessed my disabled son with new tires. He had brought the rims off of car since two tires were damaged. My son had damged them the day before trying to turn around in parking lot of tire store. That day the staff helped to get his car off of curb. They gave him water and kept him calm. Another person who was there getting tires helped also. To end the story they provide tires free of charge. They wanted do something kind for our son. We are blessed to have a business and people who care for others. That kindness will not be forgotten by our family.
As is my luck, I found myself with a flat tire out of nowhere. John and the other staff were amazing. They wasted no time in getting me in and taken care of. I got an incredible deal on, not one, but a FULL set of brand new tires. John was very thorough in explaining everything to me about my payments and all of the perks I would have with RNR for the care of my tires and my vehicle. They also discovered two damaged studs on one of my tires (that the previous tire company failed to tell me about), and replaced them both for me to make sure my family and I would be safe back on the road, and at no cost to me (just wow! They did NOT have to do that for me.. but they did!)... that was so kind, truly. I highly recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in need of tires. They will take great care of you! Absolutely amazing. Thanks again, guys!
