I’m so ecstatic! 🤩 I called this morning and spoke with Pedro. He listened to what I needed and was very helpful. My original rims were bent and I was going through tires like crazy. Had a blow out over the weekend. He sent a technician to my house to change my tire so I could make it in. Awesome customer service going above and beyond for me! Got a nice set of rims and new tires. Even had a promotion where they matched my initial payment! Pedro, Shae and the Technicians were all wonderful and friendly. Would definitely recommend them to Family, Friends and Neighbors! Thanks again to you all! My car rides better than when I bought it! ♥️ 🚗
Shae and Pedro were very welcoming and informative! They were quick to help us and it is obvious they care well for their customers, whether you are a regular or brand new to the company.
I had a issue with custom rims for my challenger, And Pedro the manager came to my house to see the issue. He said to bring it to the shop with one new wheel so he could change the stock wheel and put on custom rim to see what the new wheel was doing. He figured it out a simple fix. He then brought back my stock wheels to my house and picked up the three new ones. We got back to the shop and he installed them on my car. I was blown away at that level of service, They where very nice and I cant say enough about them. Do not hesitate to go there for your needs. In today's world you don't see kindness like this anymore, But here you will. I will be back they won me over!
This location has me in &’ out each visit. They’re pleasant/courteous and makes sure my vehicle is well inspected besides the basic needs i requested. My first visit, my kids didnt complain about being bored and we just chilled while the vehicle was taken care of.
