I wish I could give more stars. I’m at a loss for words for how polite and honest and helpful and sincere this place was about helping me get a new rim. Shea is one of the nicest and most sincere people I’ve ever met, going far beyond just service. And Pedro was so sweet and really helped me out in a pinch. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, I know I’ll be going right here for any tire issues. These people care and are just incredible, you won’t leave without a smile on your face! Thank you guys again!
When my mom got a flat tire this was the closest place to get it changed and they were amazing. Super friendly, super helpful and got it all fixed quickly. Would absolutely recommend.
Took real good care of me. Excellent customer service. Pedro was funny and kept offering me a job. I love the hospitality, Migel offered me a discount. I love their companies warranty plan on the tires. Thank you gentlemen so much for everything. I call this the tire rent a center lol you better go get you some tires for winter and they have Rims lol
TLDr: Shae is a wonderful human and great experience overall 100/10 will be back.Shae is wonderful and super great! He deserves a raise! Best experience I have had with car people. Honest and 110% transparent with everything. Definitely will be going back as everything was super easy and quick. The prices were great too and super easy to get set up for payments. Go see Shae he is an absolute peach and super wonderful and genuine!!!
Excellent service. I was able to fix a vibration problem with my Kia Soul. Drives so much better on highway. I will buy my next set of tires from RNR. Thanks!
This place is awesome! Shae was very professional and kind. Long story short, came out from the grocery store to a flat tire, a very nice gentleman at the store lot put enough air in it to get me to RNR. I will continue to use RNR on the corner of Arlington and Waterloo! Thanks Shae for all your help!!
Very helpful, came in needing a tire fixed because of a leak. They got me in and out promptly and extremely friendly people. I would come from the other side of town to get my car worked on here!
