Woke up to find a flat tire and later discovered it was a bent rim. Not having the money to cover repairs/replacement upfront, I decided to give them call. I spoke to Aundre and he was more than willing to help all from the comfort of my home. He took pictures of the rims to fit my car and sent them to me. I was able to send him all documents needed before arriving and collect a deposit to hold them for me. Once I got there all I had to do was fill out the paper application while they got to work on my car. The process was easy and if I didnt know the business they broke it down to where anyone could understand the terms and process. Everyone at the shop was friendly, fun to chat with, a even good laughs to be had! They saved me in my desperate time and I couldnt be happier with the outcome! Thanks RNR!

I really appreciate RNR for there professional staff I ended hitting a curb in target's parking lot and mess the tire beyond repair totally my bad but between that and exactly none of the tires shop had the size so when I called RNR I felt I was very short with my words over the phone and as I was lumping along it got to me so I had to apologize to the gentleman his name is aundre who turn back and said that he didn't think I was being rude at all that he understood how something thing that good turn a good day into a bad day they didn't have the size in stock either but could order it of course but they had no problem putting on my spare for me when I asked aundre how much after they where done aundre told me nothing and to have a nice day and because of that you know what I did ? I had a nice day and because of that I decided to get four new tires today thank u aundre you sir are appreciated 👍
