Needed tires bad but didn't want the price tag. Stopped in here and felt super welcome and the salesman talked me into a good deal BUT THEIR ALIGNMENT GUY IS A JOKE. Said he couldn't do the alignment because the tiered was seized. I went home and took me all of 60 seconds to break it free. My wife was driving it home and something flew out of the back of the truck so I pulled over to see what it was and it was one of my hubcaps. I went to put it back on and notice a stripped wheel lug. The lug nut was in the bed of the truck. He didn't bother to mention that! So now I have to fix that as well. Bad experience but absolutely love the sales people. They are great
I had great service with RNR today. After KIA of Muncie had my car for a few days and inspected my car for a problem in the rear end and ran test also claiming to have drove the car still telling me nothing was wrong that I only needed new tires. I took it to RNR as I was told only to find out that in fact I do have problems going on in the rear end of my car, the bushings are about gone . I in fact will be returning to KIA to prove them wrong and show them video. Thank you again RNR for all you help . Wonderful customer service.

Took our Escape to Hubler to have a patch put on a tire while getting the oil changed. Hubler said they couldn't and offered to sell us a tire for 150.00. Bought tire at Wal-Mart South so decided to cash in the Road Hazard. Clerk says they tried for 15 minutes beating the tire off but it was frozen to the rim and needed an advanced wheel shop to work on it. Came to R&R and not only did tire come off WITH EASE, but they also patched it and charged NOTHING due to all of our hassles. Take your money there and give them ALL the support you can and tell your friends as well, I know I am!
