Installation and Follow Issue: I was contacted immediately about my inquiry for tires and rims. The technician Eric helped me find the best fit for my Chrysler 300. The appointment for install was the next day. My old tires were bagged and nicely secured in my vehicle (most appreciated the bagging). After 3 weeks there was some wobbling with my rear tire. I contacted Eric and he listened to my concerns asked questions and immediately had me come in the next morning to address the issue. The problem was identified immediately an(USB charge chairs, cold water, bathroom and vending machines helped pass the time). The team is super responsive and ensures I'm informed through my visit.
