He explained what needed to be done and why, in a way that felt informative but never condescending. It was clear they cared about doing the job right and treating people fairly.As a woman, it can be tough to find auto shops and men who work in them where you feel respected and not taken advantage of. This place is absolutely one of those rare gems. I left feeling confident in their work and genuinely impressed by the whole experience. I’ll definitely be back if need be, and I’ll be telling all my female friends this is a place they can trust with their cars.
Needed a touchless machine for low profile tires. They guys have it and did a great job putting on my new tires. Chris and Austin are super cool and helpful. Will definitely be back for alignment and other work as needed.
I called around and this was the best quality at a low price for a tire. I had an appointment for 5, but I got off work early (12:45). So I called and asked if they could move my appointment earlier and they were happy to move it up out of convenience for me.
