Ive worked in a tire shop for a couple of years and this is the first place I've found where management and crew know what they are doing. Everyone is very friendly and great to work with.
I scheduled online, with Mac. went in to the Beaumont location. Mike was who helped me first. Then I met Justice who helped us with payments. I was extremely impressed with how friendly everyone was. Got 4 brand new tires and an alignment. All on an AFFORDABLE payment schedule. I was in and driving away satisfied in less than 2 hours. Not once did I hear the word no, or did they ever act as though they weren't happy to be doing their jobs, helping everyone. The phone was going crazy, people in and out. Not once did anyone in that building look flustered or unhappy. I recommend RNR to anyone needing tires who cannot afford to shell out $2k at a time, especially if you don't want to spend "x" amount of time sitting with no vehicle. Thanks again Mike and Justice!
