I had bad experiences elsewhere so I decided to give RNR a visit to get new wheels and tires for my car. I could have given them a disappointing review for a couple mistakes that were made, but I won't. As someone who has worked in retail for a long time, I understand that errors occur and miscommunication happens. But what I liked and appreciated was that they corrected their mistake immediately and provided me with exceptional customer service. They could have easily treated me poorly when I returned but they did not. They greeted me with a smile and with integrity, they fixed what occured, and did an amazing job on my car. I brought it back to have the lugnuts tightened and the service was just as excellent. Angela and Scott assisted me over multiple visits and they were kind, professional, and eager to get me exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend this location and the team that works here. On top of that, the tire currently on the car was dangerously shredded. Craig went out of his way to inspect each of our tires, explained what was going on in clear terms, and ensured everything was safe before we left.They didn’t just fix a tire — they gave us peace of mind. The team at R&R saved us over $500 and made our family’s safety their priority. In a time when real, honest, and kind customer service can be hard to come by, R&R truly stands out.
