I had an unexpected tire emergency after my daughter blew one out late the night before, so I headed over to R&R the next morning, expecting to spend at least a hundred bucks. Instead, I was genuinely surprised by how Robert and Johnathan treated me. They had a couple of used tires they were planning to discard, and instead of letting them go to waste, they gave them to me—completely free.Their kindness and honesty really stood out. Even though I didn’t buy a full set of tires this time, they still took the time to walk me through the different programs they offer, including a payment plan for when I'm ready to replace all four. It wasn’t about making a sale—it felt like they truly wanted to help.When I’m in a better position to replace all my tires, I won’t think twice about going back. I really appreciated the way they treated me, especially during a stressful moment. Thank you, Robert and Johnathan.

I visit Westgate City Blvd., R&R to get tires put on my truck. Jonathan was very polite and attentive to the customers need I would recommend my friends to visit R&R because of Jonathan. He is an outstanding manager and he really cares about how the customer feel his customer service is outstanding. The only thing missing off of him is a cape because he’s my superhero.
