Gary helped us out and was not only incredibly clear and upfront about the pricing and process, but he also had us laughing harder than we have in a long time. His personality alone made the visit worth it and it turned both my husband and me into lifelong customers.They were completely transparent about every detail, from paperwork to interest rates, and answered all of our questions without hesitation. The vehicle we bought had the air valve stems broken off, and they replaced them completely free of charge and let us know about it ahead of time.One thing that really stood out: they close at 6 PM, and we didn’t even realize we were there until 6:22. Not one person made us feel like we were inconveniencing them, and had we realized we were keeping them late, we absolutely would have wrapped up sooner. That kind of patience and professionalism speaks volumes.To whoever manages or owns this location, your entire team deserves a raise. The guys who installed our tires made sure they did not rub and went above and beyond. Everyone there was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful.You just do not find service like this every day. We will definitely be back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, top notch service.
