Today I called in to make my payment and got a gentleman on phone name Collin’s. When I tell you he was not friendly on customer service. I asked him can we start over have I done something to you or your employees cause every time I call to make a payment over phone your never nice it’s like I irritate you to make the call to do my payment with yall. Yes people get behind things happen but I stay in contact in when I say I’m gonna pay I always do. I asked him had I done anything to him or his employee so we can fix the problem to where there’s not any attention when I call because when I tell you, the conversation is very dry. It’s so high. Thank you for calling in your payment, I was wanting to fix it if I have done something Only time I’ve ever got agitated is when a female called me the date of my bill due and said she was needing a payment and I was at work and hadn’t had time to call my payment in other than that. I’ve never had bad experience from here lately for the past Month or two every time I call my payment in it’s very dry being smart over the phone then Collins reply to me and say I’m not a manager I can’t help you with anything else. All I do is herr to take your payment and I said that’s the prime example what I’m talking about you’re very dry. How bout thank you for calling RnR express then after taking the payment. So guess my payment is all that matters not the customer service experience so there’s no need to call store with your problem cause they don’t care
