My experience at the location on Lee Road was not the best the first couple of years but they have improved so much and I continue to do business there for one reason only my experience with Rafael Velez has been one that I can say has been the best. He is truly a great guy to me. I've been in there so many times with different vehicles and got to see him in action with the other customers. Very knowledgeable and helps you out with your wants and needs. He's One in a million and I appreciate that you don't see that these days unless you go to RNR on Lee Road.
