They saved our life! Right before closing time! My daughter’s jag she just got had a nail through the tire we were stuck with a carload full of groceries and they told us come on up . They helped us out and got us back on the road in less than 10 minutes! Thanks so much guys you definitely got our five stars !!!!
Those of you that follow my reviews here on Google (and don't have a life either) will know I mostly leave scathing negative reviews. In this particular case all I can do is leave praise and a big thank you to Nick, who was at the counter when I walked in. I'm not going to bore you with my long story here. But I will tell you Nick saved this old man literally hundreds and hundreds of dollars with his desire to actually 'help' a customer and not 'sell' a customer. If you are ever in need of what a business like this offers, stop looking now! Just call or go to this location on Missouri Ave. in Clearwater and be sure to ask for Nick only. When you do, you will know what 'real' sincere customer service is all about!
I went to RNR tires to have my rear driver side tire replaced. I spoke with Nick who was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and professional. I thought that getting my tire replaced would be crazy expensive, but it wasn't, it was a lot less than I thought it was going to be. I also thought I was going to be there all day but I was in and out very quickly with my tire replaced. I will definitely be back to RNR tires in the future, excellent work!
Today was the second time they helped me out with a flat tire. Other tire centers could not safely handle the rim size on my sports car. Very professional timely service.Excellent customer service from Nick, the manager. Enjoyed talking about cars with Saí the technician.
I am new to the area and one of my tires had a leak. I brought it here and received excellent service and prices with no pressure. In fact, they put air in the tire for me for no charge and let me decide if I wanted to have it fixed here or not. My tires are under warranty somewhere else but I got it patched here because I knew I would get excellent service. Thank you to Kevin and Anthony.
As I'm leaving work this afternoon I noticed my car was pulling to the right. I went right down to RNR in the hopes they could get me in as I had a important appointment at 3:00. Without any hesitation at all they got me right in patched my tire and I was able to make my appointment on time. I can't thank them enough and I highly recommend them.
