I went in with a tire that was losing air. Paul brought the tire/wheel to me to show me wherever I had my last tires put on they had forced the lug nuts on and routed the holes in the wheel and stripped the lug nuts. He and Jose were able to put new lug nuts on 4 of the 5 studs until I can get back to Little Rock. I appreciate them explaining the issue to me and getting me back on the road!

Very smooth process, great customer service. They found a crack in our wheel that has been giving us trouble for a very long time and other shops or to stores didn't recognize or point out.
