I went just today an seen this great group of people for a low tire pressure light made an appointment online that didn't show on their end but WENT ABOVE & BEYOND to take care of me,my needs and concerns for the time slot giving to me online!!! The guys in the front Joe ,Nick (I think was the younger guys name)and Kris the actual mechanic BEYOND WONDERFUL!!!! RNR should be giving Kris a BIG FAT HEFTY RAISE in my opinion he is a STELLAR ASSET to that location an team. He took so much of his time talking to me an helping me address so many concerns an worries. I truly feel so much safer driving after speaking with him he was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about cars. I TRULY CANT SAY ENOUGH POSITIVE WONDERFUL THINGS ABOUT THESE 3 GENTLEMEN!!! RNR consider yourself blessed to have such a great group at your Akron Location PLEASE take care of them so they can better serve the community!!! Bonus an raises STAT for these 3 !!!!!!! EVERYONE I KNOW WILL BE GETTING REFERRED TO YOU FROM HERE ON OUT!!! STEALLAR SERVICE AN CUSTOMER CARE!!!!!!
