These folks are amazing! I bought my tires at RnR in Springfield Missouri but had to travel to Ohio for a funeral. I've had them less than 6 months and when I got to Ohio my front passenger tire went flat fairly quickly after airing it back up. Found that this shop was the closest to me and the folks that work here was very friendly, helpful and thorough. If I could I would rate this at a 20 star! Everything was still under warranty and it didn't cost a thing to fix the problem! The valve stem gasket broke and allowed air to escape. So thankful for the help! Definitely recommend this shop 100%
They had me in and out with a repair, no kidding 10 minutes max I was there. Highly recommend them and they also have great rims and tires for any vehicle.
I’m so ecstatic! 🤩 I called this morning and spoke with Pedro. He listened to what I needed and was very helpful. My original rims were bent and I was going through tires like crazy. Had a blow out over the weekend. He sent a technician to my house to change my tire so I could make it in. Awesome customer service going above and beyond for me! Got a nice set of rims and new tires. Even had a promotion where they matched my initial payment! Pedro, Shae and the Technicians were all wonderful and friendly. Would definitely recommend them to Family, Friends and Neighbors! Thanks again to you all! My car rides better than when I bought it! ♥️ 🚗
