If I could give this place more than five stars, I would everyone in there was extremely nice and very helpful. Zero dollars down $40 a week? Where else will you find that? Great looking tires they make sure they are shined and looking good before you leave with it. I should’ve went with a little wider tire, but that’s on me other than that. Everything was great. I want to give a shout out to Ms Hailey Stewart for being my Service advisor. She was really good and even when I made things a little complicated she still helped in whatever way she could. All of the staff here are absolutely amazing and thank y’all for everything that y’all have done to fulfill my needs. I definitely will be bringing my other vehicles here for future service
I just started my 3rd account with RnR and they have been great the entire time. They have phenomenal customer service, quick to answer your calls and any questions, great with working with you on almost any budget, and their Nexen tires (highway and all terrain) are some of the best tires I've put on any of my vehicles. I definitely plan on going with RNR with any future vehicles as well.
I HAD A VERY LARGE POTHOLE COMING OFF I-65 AT ST STEPHENS ROAD ROUTE 45 I I HAD TO HAVE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE 12:00 AT NIGHT TO CHANGE THE FLAT.. I CALL R&R I CALLED R&R THEY INFORMED ME TO BRING THE CAR IN. AFTER CHECKING THE FRONT PASSENGER TIRE THE INFORMED ME THAT IT WAS BLOWN OUT NEEDED REPLACEMENT NOT REPAIR... DUE TO THE RAIN I WAS UNABLE TO MAKE THE FIRST APPOINTMENT AND HAD TO CANCEL IT HOWEVER THEY MADE ME AN APPOINTMENT THE NEXT DAY THE SERVICE WAS QUICK AND WITH SMILES FROM THE ENTIRE STAFF I THINK OF ALL OF YOU AND I MAY BE IN TO GET THOSE RED AND BLACK RIMS 4 MY MERCEDES CONVERTIBLE.. 😂 THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN CHELSEA...
