I’m not from El Dorado, but I was in town for work. My vehicle is currently in the shop, and I was driving a loaner vehicle. On the way to El Dorado, the loaner vehicle notified me that one of the tires was too low. One of my coworkers, who is from El Dorado, suggested that I go to R&R during my lunch break to get the tire checked out. I’m thankful I did! The service I received there helped me feel reassured and comfortable while being in a very uncomfortable situation as someone from out-of-town and in a vehicle that wasn’t even mine. The employees were extremely kind, helpful, and friendly. I had to get a plug in the tire due to a nail, but the service was FREE, which I was even more grateful for. Thank you, R&R!
Very nice people. We were out of town and had a flat on a new tire and were too far away for the seller to fix it under warranty. RNR not only came across the street and got the tire and plugged it, but did it for no charge! Great public relations!
