Its not ALL 5-star....but that is not due to the staff...service....OR the tires. The "deal" is the problem.It was a one in a million shot that the flat metal plate i ran over--actually flipped up and punctured my front tire....sidewall.I prefer to buy tires 4 at a time. When I can't afford that-- I'll buy then 2 at a time. When it's really tight ? May have to ride a "used" tire. I didn't really want to get into that--it never ends.So....I was able to arrive at R&R riding my spare. I made a request for 4 tires...and I was able to get on the financing-- this is probably what you want to know.My Ram got a set of Nexum 70,000 mile rated tires.Pay attention to the deal now....because I probably ended up paying double for the tires.As I understand it..."early payoff" doesn't change this.The good news ? Covered road hazzard...free rotations...roadside assist. Mounted, balanced, gone.This works for me...because I'm getting over knee surgery (recent) and I travel with a dog. Roadside assist may come in handy...and I'm getting a complete set.So....while the people...from finance to manager to sales to service were all great....Make sure your ready for that "deal". As a younger individual...no way I would have done this.Sometimes it is worth it to sacrifice.Besides....if I REALLY get 70,000 miles ? It'll be the last set of tires I buy.....on THIS planet anyway....
We had a rock stuck in our tire, and the group at RNR were very supportive and helpful. They helped us out right before 5 o clock and worked very fast to get us back on the road. Definitely recommend!
