Stop bringing Jacksonville employees to your location, their attitudes are HORRIBLE. Mabelvale customer service has always been #1, friendly, above & beyond. Props to Ulyssess (hope I spelled it right) bc he has been friendly all the way from greeting me when I walked to in the door to completion of fixing my issue. The man working the front desk, however, that “use to be in the Jacksonville location” is awful. Cuts you off while you’re talking, doesn’t let you explain the problem. Wants short answers when he asks questions. He is just NOT friendly. I didn’t catch his name & he doesn’t have a shirt on w his name on it. But advice to you, as I’ve always said, if you’re THAT miserable in your job, there are so many other people lined up, WAITING, to do it for you!!!! When I purchased my tires the men working at that time were also extremely nice & helpful. Don’t bring bad apples to a good location!!!!read more

Heading to Missouri from Louisiana to take our son to college....we JUST got brand new tires from R&R in Louisiana....30 miles from Little Rock, Arkansas an 18 wheeler lost a piece of metal right in front of us and no time to swerve...we ended up with a blown passenger front tire.. between Bossier and Little Rock R&R Mr. Cody got me connected to Mr. Cody and Mr. Cody got in touch with Mr. John from Bossier. Thankfully they were able to order a tire from the distribution center not far from the Little Rock location and fix us up! Special thanks to these guys and special thanks to Mr. Ulysses for putting the tire on and making us laugh! They were all so nice and helpful!!read more
