I had a slow leak in my wife's Mercedes and every shop we went to said they couldn't fix it because the cause of the leak in the tread was a slice larger than 1/2". I asked them if they could patch it and they didn't know the difference between a patch and a plug. Then I called RNR and talked with Eric who said that patches was the only thing they did in tire repairs because it was safer than plugs. Brought the car in and they fixed it within a half hour. Class act customer service, fast service, and very reasonable prices! They were even cheaper than the "plug only" guys. When you need tires or rims, this is the place to go, period! Thanks to Eric and RNR for OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!
Went in needing my air pressure valve on my tire replaced. Eric was very helpful and was able to get my car in and out within the hour. It was a quick wait and I appreciate his help.
Highly recommend this spot Bryant Miguel and Michelle also Gina were all very very helpful today customer service is better a lot places I've been too I will be returning in spring of 2023 to get a summer set of rims………Just went today and shout out to Eric V. Solo working and busted his butt to make sure all customers were aware of short staffing and that he would be right there and answering calls while assisting others and checking on the techs all the above and still provided great customer service
If there were a way to give them more than 5 stars I would. I went in to have a bent valve replaced and it was done quickly, well, and they communicated honestly. I didn’t wait long, the waiting room was clean and bright. The staff was friendly , approachable and didn’t try to sell me what I didn’t need and were very trustworthy, I feel. I don’t know that I will go anywhere else!
