What drew me to RNR was the free air pump outside of the shop. When the valve stems on my tire needed repair I decided to go in and give them a try. I couldn't have been happier with my experience. They gave me an incredibly fair price, fixed the tires on the same day and, because their computers went down when it was time to pay, they let said "this one is on us." I feel like it's rare to find a place that does business like this. An experience like this will keep me coming back as a customer, and will also make me want to recommend RNR to others.
