No other place compares. First off I set up an appointment and had to reschedule then I had to cancel our household came down with covid. Then I called them back and told them what I wanted and how I wanted the tires to look. I went in and Dalton was happy to assist me. He showed me what tires would fit my rims and what they looked like. I told him I wanted my truck to look aggressive he picked out a tire that was more aggressive looking I went with that. I also chose to do payments since honeslty i couodnt afford the whole amount today. The process of that was simple. ID/social/utility bill/current pay stub/car registration and 50 bicks to install. Very fast and simple.Came in today (saturday) went in yesterday to pick tires. I was greater fast and everyone was friendly. They have a small waiting area with TV, coffee, vending machines and a little table off the side for your little one to play on. Also the charis have usb ports and electrical plug (that's a plus) so bring your phone charger, lap top whatever. We were kept up on the process and any issues that came (of course I had locking lug nuts I knew nothing about lol) after searching the car for the key with no luck they actually had someone buy what was needed to get them off. (Good thing I never got a flat I had no key nor knowledge lol) overall give this place a chance they are new in town and you'll be surprised. They have rims, tires and I believe suspension stuff. Anyhow after all that and looking at rims, Dalton was helpful we found new rims, and now we are going back Saturday. Even though I am on the payment plan, Dalton explained there wouod be no issues swapping out the new tires for another new set to fit the new rims. Well that sold us.All in all go to them you won't be disappointed and they work with you for any budget you have.Support them, carson or reno location. Everyone over there is amazing. They are no pressure sales and extremely helpful. They all go above and beyond for their customers and I won't be going anywhere else for my vehicle needs. They have won me over as the best place for me and my vehicle. Prices are reasonable and they work on payment plans that fix my budget. 5 stars all day long
As soon as we walked in the door the place gave off great energy and we were comfortably greeted by the Manager and the associate at the front desk. We told them what we were looking for and they gave us options that fit our budget. After calling multiple tire shops in town for pricing i called RNR and i am not dissappointed. I first spoke with Eddie who actually listened to me about what i wanted/needed and he didnt get pushy and try to upsell things i dont need. He was so nice and informative. At my appoinment i was assisted by Dalton who was also awesome, very nice and answered all my goofy questions. I highly recommend them and i will definitely be back when my family needs assistance. I was also very pleased with pricing, the most cost effective in town. Thanks guys and keep up the good work!
