This was my first time modifying my 2023 Tacoma, and let me tell you RNR knows what they’re doing. First off… Savanna (sorry if I misspelled your name) was tremendously helpful, knowledgeable, and so polite and funny. She helped me find the rims that best suit my truck. Secondly… their mechanic is awesome. He did great work on my vehicle, and I can’t say thank you enough for taking care of my girl. Lastly. RNR could’ve easily taken advantage of a customer who knew nothing about modifying their truck, who knew nothing about wheel dimensions, or offsets, or anything like that but they didn’t. They were honest, kind, caring, and immensely helpful during the process. I can’t thank RNR enough for the services they provided me. I can safely say I’ll be coming back in the future.
I can't say enough great things about the RnR Tire team!! Had a flat, they beat the prices at another tires shop, for better tires (gold!). Then because my tires are special and unusual sizing (two different sets on front/back) they rush-ordered them in (other places were telling me at least 1 week). The GM, Krystle, was there onsite with the team, hands on, and was soooo helpful and personable through the whole experience. She runs a tight ship that goes the extra mile for her customers ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!Also - when one of the tire techs came through the door she was a 5'5 lady - I almost hollered, I LOVE to see women in roles that aren't standard. Of the 4 employees onsite while I was there, 3 of them were women. I love that lol. That alone, has made me a lifetime customer for all the vehicles in my household.
I had a flat tire at the Aldi parking lot. I called Tires Plus. They couldn't help at all, unless I could get it to their store, somehow. RNR Tire Express sent their people TO me! They put air in my tire and had me follow them to their place. They cared, they listened, and they treated me like Royalty; like my situation was the only thing that mattered to them. These people were opened on Saturday. They stayed open into the evening. I was Very Impressed with their Business! They were there, when I needed them. God Bless them!
I had never heard of this tire place and my daughter went there, but there was a miscommunication with my daughter and I had to go into fix this, right when I went in the team that was at the desk. Savannah and Anthony were absolutely amazing. They fixed the problem and it was a financial issue, they redid the contract. To what my daughter thought was happening, I have never been there, but my business is going there. Also my mom is the one who referred my daughter. She goes there too. My day was completely ruined and it was the best experience for me with an auto shop. Then I had someone I believe from corporate call me his name was Brandy and just to make sure everything was OK the next day, which I totally appreciated. If anyone ever ask where to go for tires RNR is where I will send them because they got my business now too! Very understanding team and listened clearly to what had happened and Savannah right away said we will fix this for you without hesitation and just a very good experience.
