I had never heard of this tire place and my daughter went there, but there was a miscommunication with my daughter and I had to go into fix this, right when I went in the team that was at the desk. Savannah and Anthony were absolutely amazing. They fixed the problem and it was a financial issue, they redid the contract. To what my daughter thought was happening, I have never been there, but my business is going there. Also my mom is the one who referred my daughter. She goes there too. My day was completely ruined and it was the best experience for me with an auto shop. Then I had someone I believe from corporate call me his name was Brandy and just to make sure everything was OK the next day, which I totally appreciated. If anyone ever ask where to go for tires RNR is where I will send them because they got my business now too! Very understanding team and listened clearly to what had happened and Savannah right away said we will fix this for you without hesitation and just a very good experience.
After going to tire plus and finding the do not work with Dully tires . I came over here and talk with Savanah she assisted with taking be care of my tire issue . Quick and on point . I do not have a spear had to order one from RNR Less $$ than intended . Which is always good
