Great experience at this tire shop! Lee and Eric were professional, friendly, and got me taken care of quickly. They explained everything clearly, and the pricing was fair. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone needing tire services.
I'm going to start by saying that a 5 star from me is RARE, it requires steps and leagues above in that industry. That being said, RnR tires is a 5 star eatablishment.Cleanliness: 4 Star, the storefront itself is clean, it could use a sweeping and the main lobby area is narrow aisles made of tires, the waiting area is comfortable and contains more than enough seating for their clientele, getting to it with something like a wheelchair is a little troublesome.Friendliness: 5 Star, This is where the staff EXCELS. You get greeted upon entering the establishment by people who genuinely want to be here and serve their clients. You are a priority to this company.Amenities: 4.5 Star, They set you up in the waiting area, offer you water and coffee complimentary, and have two TVs playing for entertainment. There are tables to rest at with sturdy chairs, or a row of more comfortable chairs that rock back for semi lean back seating (though they squeak, they are comfortable), they don't offer a tea option with their Keurig, so you are limited to coffee or water, but it's free.Service: 5 Star, They changed all four of our tires in under an hour from our walk-in appointment, even staying 10 minutes late (from their official closing time) to take care of us (more reason to give them Friendliness score), upon stating any concerns or requests, the staff is quick to note and handle the concern. Going above and beyond seems second nature to this establishment.Cost: 4 Star, It's hard to gauge this properly, as tires are inherently expensive, but they finance with an early payoff amount that doesn't suddenly inflate after 90 days. Out of pocket for purchase, installation (mount/balance), warranty (which includes tow/replacement) was 20$ minimum. The payoff quote is half the remaining balance, which is a great feature, pay on them until you can pay off the bill entirely and save half of what you'd have spent on other in house financing.All in all, that brings their average to 4.5 Stars, but 9/10 isn't an option, so I rounded in the favor of their customer first experience.
Eric & Lee were most helpful for us waking in at 4pm. We had a side bubble off one of our tires and ended up needing rims too, they both searched their inventory and got us what we needed, today! We were in and out within about an hour and a half. 5 Star service. We will be back, thanks RNR Tires!!
