Googling the expected cost of service and what I was charged literally caused me to call the next day to make sure I didn't owe more. Caleb replied that some services are just part of the package for safety. Guess I'm used to other places gouging me? So, wow.
RNR Tire Express is the place to go for new tires. Mason was awesome! He made our tire buying experience a pleasant one. He made me and my husband feel as though we were more than just “another customer”. He spent time communicating with us in a friendly manner while also informing us of every major and minor detail concerning the purchase agreement. We got more than we expected for a very reasonable price.
I went in to see if they have used tires because I needed one and they were able to get me a full set for a great price. They also offer payment plans if you don’t want to pay in full.
Go in and ask for Jarvis Jr. I was blown away by the level of care and customer service he showed for something as simple as making a payment. I wasn’t aware someone could make paying a bill so enjoyable. His supervisor, Jennifer B was world class as well. Thank you both for the extremely positive experience. I had to wait while RNR DSM tried to get in contact with Davenport to get my file. When Davenport didn’t respond, they took care of me immediately. Service was fast, professional and better than I could have expected! It’s awesome that I can move and take my services with me! If I could rate them higher than a five I would!
