I dropped off a tire to get plugged for my elderly neighbor and within 30 minutes they called me to tell me that the tire was ready for pickup whenever I wanted to come pick it up. I asked them what do I owe for getting the tire plugged, and was surprised to learn that it was free! My neighbor is so happy after not having her vehicle running for almost 2 weeks! I woke up on a cold January morning and walked outside to my car. Oh No! My tire was almost completely flat! I was worried as there was so much driving to be done. After a less than 10 minute wait a very friendly mechanic who I believe was named Evan was handing me the keys letting me know I was good to go and even showed me what caused my tire to go flat. The best part was they did not charge me a thing and brought my car right up front so I could hop in and be on my way.
