What can I say. Their was professionalism the entire time I was there. The manager interacted with all of the customers. I know where I'm going from now on. Even the mechanics were very attentive to their work. The place was awesome. I'm gonna tell everyone I know that if they need work done on their vehicle, RNR is the place to go
After RNR put new tires on my 2020 Mitsubishi sedan. William told me that with having a wider tire I would have a better ride. I went from 175/55 r15 to a 185/55 r 15. On the way home I felt what William had told me. I had to called William back to tell them that I loved the ride that those tires gave my car. I will go back on sat to I believe get a wheel align for my car. Since I have new tires. Feels like I have a new car. I loved the work that the employees did. And they were polite courteous and very helpful even though I keep asking questions. The Service i received was was excellent. A friend recommended me to them. I would recommend any one needing service of any kind RNR on Ben White is the place to go. They make u want to spend ur money for the service they provide. Friendly and they work with you to set up a payment plan. I just loved the service I got.
Angie was very helpful and a delight to work with next day came in for for an alignment and staff was very courteous and attendant next day I’m at the north shop north Lamar getting a flat fixed. I have no idea what but I ran over.
Willie and the team were excellent. Paperwork and installation was easy and drove out with 4 new tires in about an hour. Tire purchase included warranty, mounting and balancing. Highly recommend!!
