Really great experience! I don’t know much about cars, so I truly appreciated how patient and helpful Ishmael was. He installed my new tires and took the time to explain everything clearly — that installation comes free with the tire purchase, and that several ongoing tire services are included at no extra cost.He also explained when I should come back for my next free tire service, showed me the sticker so I can track mileage, and told me that I can use these tire services not only in Kissimmee but at any RNR Tire Express location throughout Florida, which is very convenient.The shop was clean, organized, and everyone was professional and friendly. Highly recommend this location!
