1000/10 would return to RNR Tire Express Kissimmee.On the first day of what was supposed to be a magical Disney trip, I ended up with a nail in the front right tire of my six-month-old 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy. Because it was late when I arrived at my condo, I used the temporary tire repair kit that came with the vehicle. The next day, I took it to another tire shop just to be safe. Even after explaining that I had used sealant and that the car noticeably wobbled over 55 mph, I was told everything was fine.After getting through a very busy week, I finally called RNR Tire Express and spoke with Edwin. I explained that I was concerned about the tire and still needed to drive home with my friend and her young family. Edwin immediately reassured me that he would order the tire and make sure I was taken care of the next day. From that moment on, I felt like someone was actually listening and willing to help.When I arrived at RNR Tire Express, Juan and the team completely exceeded every expectation. Once he realized I was on a tight timeline because we had to check out by 11 a.m., he immediately jumped into action. The sense of urgency, kindness, and professionalism from him and the entire staff was incredible. They could have easily told me to wait like any other customer, but instead they stepped in and made a stressful situation feel manageable.Juan explained that the sealant had essentially ruined the tire and that the tires on my vehicle are difficult to find and extremely expensive. When I asked about my wheel, he reassured me they were cleaning it thoroughly and that it was thankfully unharmed. He even took the time to share helpful advice so I could avoid running into this issue again.Because of the incredible service at RNR Tire Express, I was able to leave just before 11 a.m., pick up my little group, and start the long drive home safely in a car that was finally smooth and stable.What could have easily been the most stressful part of our trip turned into a moment of relief and gratitude thanks to Juan, Edwin, and the entire team.If you want a tire shop that genuinely cares about people and stands behind their service, RNR Tire Express is the place to go.Thank you again for going above and beyond when you absolutely didn’t have to.

Outstanding service from the whole staff. They carefully explained the best tire options for my car, and everything was done quickly and professionally.

Today Juan took great care of me. His customer service was excellent and he was very helpful through everything that was going on with my tire. He made a stressful situation much easier and made sure I was taken care of. I would definitely recommend this place!
