Today I got a flat and I called and I spoke with Oscar and he was so helpful. He ordered me the tires I needed and got me in before the end the day. I then came in and I met the men who were going to be changing my tires and they were so kind from beginning to end. Oscar took my payment while also explaining the perks I get with my new tires. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to friends and family. I will also be purchasing rims in the near future. I went in for an appointment on Monday for them to look at a slow leak in one of my tires. They took my car back to take a look and unfortunately she came back out and told me that it was not fixable because it was in the sidewall and the tire was old. She offered to get a price on a new tire and I told her no thank you I would see if I could find a used one somewhere. I was waiting for them to bring my car around when Roy came from out back and told me he had a deal for me. He showed me a set of tires that had been taken off of another vehicle but would work on my car. One had had a screw through it but he was going to repair that one. I asked him how much and he says I know it's close to the holidays so we'll just give them to you I was shocked because those kind of things don't happen very often in life. He proceeded to put all four tires on my car and when it was done would not even accept a tip from me! He said on behalf of R&R Tires happy holidays! I can't tell you how much this was appreciated and one thing that no one there knew, was I have recently become widowed at 52 years old so I'm learning a lot of different things I need to take care of. The kindness that they showed definitely does not go unnoticed and they will forever have any future Tire business of mine! What a fantastic team and store!

I have to say Jen is awesome. She went over and beyond to help me with my rims and tires. Roy (booger) and Dustin and Riley are awesome! Roy is great and funny!

RNR Leesburg did us right, we called several tire shops including another RNR location (did not have the tires available for 72 hrs) called the leesburg location and they got us scheduled the same day and out the door as we needed it asap! The service was great and were all so kind and courteous! Thank you all for a job well done!!!

Easy friendly staff got me rolling on some new tires with ease and speed the best part of the experience was having peace of mind with warranty and roadside protection I'll be back for my next set 💯
