I enjoy the service that RNR did for me and my car. Oscar was amazing and help me out a lot. He broke it down for me because I had so many questions about my tires but at the end he explained it very well. I would definitely be using RNR in the future for my tires. Thank you Oscar.

They are fantastic! Oscar and Trey were wonderful to work with. Oscar made me feel like they weren't trying to penny pinch me. Combine that with Treys calm demeanor and I walked out of there feeling like they could have charged me more and I wouldn't have been mad because of how great the quality of service was. Oscar waived the alignment fee because he felt like I was not that far out of alignment to warrant it. That's good business. You will definitely be seeing me again for tire services!

Jennifer C. was very helpful today. I’ve been Having a tire issue, and it was discovered that three of the four tires were faulty. She was very helpful and genuinely cared. She did the job of a manager even though she wasn’t but should be. Thanks !

Today I got a flat and I called and I spoke with Oscar and he was so helpful. He ordered me the tires I needed and got me in before the end the day. I then came in and I met the men who were going to be changing my tires and they were so kind from beginning to end. Oscar took my payment while also explaining the perks I get with my new tires. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to friends and family. I will also be purchasing rims in the near future. I went in for an appointment on Monday for them to look at a slow leak in one of my tires. They took my car back to take a look and unfortunately she came back out and told me that it was not fixable because it was in the sidewall and the tire was old. She offered to get a price on a new tire and I told her no thank you I would see if I could find a used one somewhere. I was waiting for them to bring my car around when Roy came from out back and told me he had a deal for me. He showed me a set of tires that had been taken off of another vehicle but would work on my car. One had had a screw through it but he was going to repair that one. I asked him how much and he says I know it's close to the holidays so we'll just give them to you I was shocked because those kind of things don't happen very often in life. He proceeded to put all four tires on my car and when it was done would not even accept a tip from me! He said on behalf of R&R Tires happy holidays! I can't tell you how much this was appreciated and one thing that no one there knew, was I have recently become widowed at 52 years old so I'm learning a lot of different things I need to take care of. The kindness that they showed definitely does not go unnoticed and they will forever have any future Tire business of mine! What a fantastic team and store!

I have to say Jen is awesome. She went over and beyond to help me with my rims and tires. Roy (booger) and Dustin and Riley are awesome! Roy is great and funny!
