I pulled in 8 minutes before business open because it was Friday and I know I needed another tire bad. So I go in and meet Rafael. He was my Angel for the day. I asked him how to qualify for the special and to be able to make payments. So I did qualify to make the monthly payments with their qualifications, the price was great for 3 tires AND I got my alignment that I need for the rear. The front was okay. He asked me if I could do one month's payment that morning which I absolutely could not. So he asked me if I had half which I could do and then just make the regular payments and be done in 3 months. He had to order the tires that morning and set my appointment for 4:00 p.m. . I was on my way early at 3:00 when I received a call which he was telling me to come on in even before the 4:00 appointment. Got there and he took my keys and told me he got me. The waiting area is clean and had bottles of water; of course it was hot out. It took all of 45 minutes, signed my paperwork, have road side assistance and will own my tires in 3 months; if not sooner. If you can buy your tires right out, I am happy for you.
