I will never use another tire place again!! This is literally the only place ill go for tires. They were so helpful and went threw the entire process. I truly felt at peace leaving and knowing this company actually cares about their customers. I was truly impressed with the quality and the customer service!! My wife has gotten tires from RNR a couple times. Every time, they have been knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. It was no different when i just recently got tires for my car. As long as they continue being this way, they will always have our business!RNR used to have a bad reputation, and we were originally hesitant to use them, but, we gave them a chance.Ever since the new people have taken over the brand, it seems to have changed 100%!We have used them 3 times, and each time, we have been satisfied. Any time we had an issue, they took care of it, no questions asked.Being that i am a special needs adult, it is difficult for me to try to handle major tasks like this by myself, but they took their time and guided me through every step of the process. Explained everything to me, in a way that i could process and understand.
