Jennifer was so helpful with my tire purchase. She made my transaction smooth and I was in and out in no time ! She went the extra mile to complete most of my paperwork over the phone so when I came in store it would expedite the process. I will definitely be back to see her in the future !

Jennifer, OUTSTANDING ‼️Fantastic customer service. (Same day service) I had gone to a competitor about 3 weeks ago, still waiting to hear from them. Not only was I not told some conflicting information but they wanted almost $200 up front saying it was for shipping fee, where clearly on the web site it said no shipping fee.RNR great experience. 🫶🏼🩷
I would recommend R & R to anyone. Fast, affordable and great tires. I was able to get a brand new set of tires and didn't break the bank. Definitely one of, if not the best tire company in the CSRA.
It was incredible . From the Manager on a late Friday evening helping me find the right tires to especially my Saturday morning with Jennifer showing me the tires and walking me through the entire process was more than i would have ever expected. I will most definitely return and spread my experience with others so that they to will use RNR Tire. I cant say enough about Tiffany, the Manager and the entire experience. It was awesome.
