Amazing service, took care of me with a flat tire & sealed it completely! A small action really made my day from awful to hopeful! I was first assisted by Gabriel who helped clock my issues & a list of all scenarios they could go through. Then the GM Sergio took care of me with free of charge patch up! Their customer service is top notch & I highly recommend coming back for all your wheel needs & side note- they are well priced compared to leading Name Brand competitors!
Showed up with a bad valve stem, the got the service completed in a timely manner.Everyone who I spoke with was professional and knew what they were talking aboutThis is the second time I have used this location.First time I got a full set of tires for my wife’s van. At a great deal with great coverage on the tiresAnd even with this very minimal repair. They went above and beyond to get it taken care of.I will forever use the location as long as it exists. More so I’ll continue to use rnr tire for as long as the company exists!
Today, I found a piece of metal stuck in my tired and I try to find out if my warranty was still in effect and looks like it wasn't it expired in April but they took me in any ways cause I've been with them for over 5 years and I keep coming to them if anything Happens and they take care of me everytime, really good team out there. They listen to what you're doing what you're asking.Very good place to take your tires to get checked to get new ones to get new wheels. I took both of my cars to this place and they take good care of them. Even show me things that i could do to make the life span of my tires last longer
This is by far the Best Tire place I’ve ever gone to. Such Excellent Customer Service. Starting off w/ a phone call to get info , and Gabriel was so kind and detailed explaining their services. Went to their shop 2 days later and was so impressed with the quality & service that was provided, I purchased my tires and with a quality package deal . Ruben and the Manager Sergio , made me feel as if I had known them for years .What a great team they have at this location. Sorry I didn’t get the name of the general Mechanic that was working @ that time but was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and explained everything in detail about what was being done to my car .
