I was in an unforseen situation with one of my rims earlier this week and after going to 4 different tire/rim locations, I was unsuccessful. So, finally I called RNR wheels & tires. A gentleman by the name of Li Tran answered the phone and was willing to assist me right away. After getting all of the necessary information he needed from me, he walked me through the entire process step by step via phone. I was given several options of rims to choose from and the size I desired for my SUV. Once I decided on the ones I wanted, Li made the transaction so easy. He immediately ordered what I had chosen, followed up with a phone call to lmk they were in the next morning & told me to come in at my convenience. To make a long story longer, Li Tran is definitely the man to go see if ever you're in a tough situation and need new tires/rims or if you just wanna be cool and add a little razzle dazzle to your vehicle. He made the entire process smooth & timely. LASTLY, the entire team at the store was great to interact with. They were always smiling and you could tell that they absolutely love what they do. Li Tran is my go to guy. Reached out to him and in 24 hours he had my tires ready for insulation. Even though I gave him the wrong. size he was able to work around my mistake and was very gracious. This is not my first time there I had my other car that needed alignment and again done very professionally and quickly. I can’t say enough good things about the way I was treated at Rnr by Mr. Tran and the whole team thanks again
RNR Tire Express was amazing. Li Tran responded to my inquiry as soon as he stepped into the office. He was very polite and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I won’t be going anywhere else to get care I need for my care. Thank you again RNR.On another note there is another “RNR Tire Express on Bissonnet who claims they have no association with the other locations but have the same exact name picture and logo as the real RNR Tire Express. The gentlemen that answered was very rude and said he was tired of customers confusing the two. That’s when I received a detailed text from Li Tran.I think that needs to be looked into by management if they have no association with each other.
