Daniel was excellent. I went in to just drop off a door dash order but ended up getting 2 tires put on my car. He was very knowledgeable and was able to break things down in a way that is was easy for someone with little to no knowledge on vehicles and tires to understand, which i appreciated. He was patient and very professional and even let me use his charger when my phone died! Thanks Daniel for the exceptional service. I came to this location because one of my tires had gotten a nail on the outside of the thread of the tire and i also needed to get my tires air pressure checked and rotated. Luis was helping me get a replacement tire since i had bought the certificate for the tires. He is very kind and understanding and has very good customer service. He had to rush the tire to the location since they were out of stock and called me when the tire arrived. I appreciate the care he took in making sure that my tires were being taken care of and getting the replacement. I had placed an appointment which saved me time but thank you Luis for your hard work and care and customer service. I will be coming back to this location because of the service and the associates.
