Daniel & Abraham were both very sweet. They made me feel very confident to come to them with my tires issues of wobbly and hoping feeling by force balancing tires, checking for damage on both my tires and rims. Also they were pretty funny and chill guys so that’s a plus.

I am definitely a happy customer purchasing all 4 tires from RNR. Truth be told excellent customer has always been given. Daniel is the first person that helped me in my purchase about 1 1/2 years ago. Daniel is very very professional and always give excellent customer service besides being a nice person. RNR has replace my tires multiple times times I would say about 6 times no matter what happens. They made sure it was safe for me to leave drive with a good tire which was always replaced with a new one. The new manage Kasscwent above and beyond to take time out of his busy schedule to actually go and pickup the tires I needed. I really appreciate the good customer service that is given. Came in at 5:45 due to getting off work at 5:30 and they closed at 6. I was greeted well by the guy in front Mr. Abraham. He didn’t seem upset that I came in right at closing and he was upfront about pricing for everything that might need done. I had a tire sensor pressure issue that most places just brushed off or just reset the sensor to no avail.Abraham he quoted me before getting started. Stepheno was my service technician and he inspected every tire to make sure they were reading before I spent any money on new sensors.After the inspection we went over next steps and got everything handled in the same day.
