My first experience with the S. Kingshighway store in STL was very challenging. However, the STL manager, rectified it by contacting other locations for the first available appointment for a wheel alignment. I was greeted upon entering both locations, but the manager at STL and every personnel at the Fairview location were friendly and willing to assist in any way to make sure I left as a satisfied customer. Special thanks to the STL manager for the going over and above to make sure my service request was accomplished; and I am also truly grateful to the Fairview staff for performing the alignment (a job well done), and your professionalism.
I went to get new tires. The staff was amazing I was in and out within an hour!! Prices was pretty good and the credit was easy but rates were high!! I will go there probably for all my tires from now on. They made me feel happy I smiled the whole time!! Thank you RAndR!!!
