They were very nice and explained everything to me, I don’t much about tires. They were very polite, it’s hard to find places that are polite to everyone that comes into the door. I will keep going back there.
Very friendly, knowledgeable and transparent staff, I contacted the office and scheduled an appointment to get a quote for a set of 4 new tires to see if I could even afford it or not. My wife actually had a drive tire blow out on her way home from work the day before, so we had to get either 1 to replace the one that blew or hopefully a whole set. So went to my scheduled quote appointment,and ended up leaving an hour later with the new set installed and ready to go. They worked with me to what I could afford (not very much $) and they were still able to help me get what I needed. Takes a load off my shoulders not worried about my wife driving with a donut on front. Thanks again for all your help Columbus staff.
