I had the BEST experience. Thought I had blown my tire (the day before leaving for spring break of course) and Jesse got me right in. I was welcomed in and they took my car and explained everything they would do. Well, turns out it wasn’t blown and all it needed was a patch- which they did free of charge. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will 10000% be coming back for my future tire needs.
My son had a flat tire and I discovered that his valve stem was the problem. Took the tire to RNR and they had it changed out and fixed in 10 minutes. I also discovered that they have free air which may come in handy later on
Very friendly , professional, and my car was ready on time. Had a nail in my tire they not only repaired the tire , but corrected the air pressure in the other tires as well , at no fee .My favorite tire shop I have been doing business with this location since they opened . I have referred others to enjoy the same great service at this location as well .
To be honest, I dont know why I haven't been to RnR in Franklin before being only minutes away from where I live. These guys are awesome! Took care of everything I needed, quoted me for future service and quick. The customer service with the guys at the counter was exceptional especially Jesse. Great job! Won a customer for life.
