Just got my second set of Preditor New Murants, one of the best tires for what they are. The Sales staff was Very Helpful and helped me Navigate the entire deal. Miss Tracy Rickey was the best. She always has a smile on her face for every customer tgat walks through the door and knows who they are. Very great sales person. Raul in the Shop is very knowledgeable about his job and even will come out and talk to the customer of he finds a issue. Matt is a good gm. I will Recommend these store and services to anyone I know needing tires. Thank you againBrad
Matt Bobo was very very helpful as the general manager here at RNR. We came in to get an alignment done and he helped us work out a financing plan for new tires as wire was showing on two of our tires and three of them total were bald. He was very knowledgeable on everything we had going on and he really saved us from a future accident and keeping an eye out for safety issues when driving our vehicle and I could not be more grateful to him and his service and I will recommend as many people to come here in the future as I can and I will be a continued customer for as long as I live thanks to today. I had a really really really shitty week and a half and Matt pretty much blessed us and was extremely helpful and I could not be more grateful for his help. Excellent customer service!!! They really work with your budget!!! Always friendly!!! I'm glad they have a new crew from a few years ago!! Justin and Matthew are wonderful!! There's another gentleman there as well that's very nice as well, I can't remember his name though. Very nice crew!!
